Smoothies can make healthy snack or breakfast especially in the summer time. Shake things up and try these two delicious smoothie recipes!
Strawberry Smoothie: Orange Smoothie:
1/2 cup plain or light strawberry yogurt 1/2 cup of plain or light orange creme yogurt
1 Tsp. of Vanilla Extract (optional) 1 Tsp. of vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 Cup of frozen or fresh strawberries 1/2 Cup canned mandarin oranges win water (no sugar added)
8 Ice cubes or 1/2 cup cold water 8 ice cups or 1/2 cup cold water
1 packet of Splenda (optional) 1 Packet of Splenda (optional)
Serves 1-2. Pick one smoothie recipe and place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until mixed. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
