MyFitnessPal is a free website that provides you with the tools and support you need to achieve your weight loss goals. This site was recommended by Ms. Dana Casey, a Certified Diabetes Educator at Princeton Baptist Medical Center. She finds the food diary helpful because it tracks carbs, fat, sodium intake, etc. Also MyFitnessPal has nutritional values for restaurants & fast food places to help make counting carbs and calories easier.
