Whole Foods will host a free yoga class on Saturday October 19 at 8 a.m.. Join Emilie Maynor, from Villager Yoga, for an open, encouraging and fun class where you will be guided through creative sequences aimed at exploring a holistic approach to deep nourishment and nurturing. Open to all levels, this practice will help students gain flexibility, strength and coordination. Class will begin at 8am in the café and will be followed by a complimentary Health Starts Here snack.
