Planning to entertain this holiday season? Why not celebrate with healthy appetizers that use whole foods and nourish the body? Join Ashley, a Healthy Eating Specialist, at the Whole Foods café on Monday, December 16 from 6 pm to 7pm. She will have samples of appetizers that you could nibble on all night long that contain no added oil, refined sugar and are low in sodium. Ashley will provide you with tips on how to make your appetizers not only healthy, but taste great as well! There will be samples, raffles, recipe cards and more!
