Have you been diagnosed with Adult Diabetes? If you would like to learn more about Adult Diabetes, join the Adult Diabetes Support Group at Cullman Regional Medical Center. This group is led by Certified Diabetes Educators, Lisa Ellard, CRNP, CDE and Kim Addison, RD, CDE who have been assisting diabetic patients for more than 20 years.

This group meets traditionally on the fourth Thursday of each month, unless otherwise noted, from 6 pm to 8 pm in CRMC’s Ave Maria Room in Professional Office Building 2, Community Education Center.

The CRMC Diabetes Care Center has been awarded Education Recognition by the American Diabetes Association (ADA) three times since opening in 2001. This recognition is the leading quality assurance mechanism for diabetes self-management education programs across the United States and programs with this distinction must include a staff of knowledgeable health professionals who can provide state-of-the-art diabetes self-management education to participants.
