Do you want to drop a few pounds or just want to get in shape? These are a wonderful group of people to get in contact with. They do the walk and talk, low impact aerobics, zumba, and yoga. They are small in number but growing.

Our main goal is to break the cycle of child abuse and neglect. We can achieve this by attending the weekly class held every Friday  from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. The class targets issues important to parents with children ages birth -12 yrs.old . I know if we work together we can make a difference.
